The staff is incredibly nice, quiet atmosphere. There are big rooms with clean bathrooms. The breakfast is really tasty and wonderful, with cheese etc, great coffee, local ingredients.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of Karakoy. The location is perfect, close to the waterfront, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The staff provided excellent service, and they were always willing to help with anything I needed. I was impressed with the amenities available, including room service, car hire, and laundry services. I especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace, which offered stunning views of the city.

The location of the hotel is very perfect were there are shops and restaurants around it. Staff are friendly, knows english and helpful
The hotel was so noise were you can hear the next room voices, telephone tone and even the shower. The beds are not comfort and the cleaning is disaster. They only gives us one key for the room

It was really close to the Historical Centre of Istanbul (monuments, restaurants, shopping, easy access to tram and buses).

The location was very central, just off all Istanbul's tourist places, center and mosques. Had some takeaway meals at Karinca Cafe, set close to the hotel, I couldn't resist. Stayed in modern king room with view.
Views appeared to be ugly.
